How meal packages work

A package is the simplest way to order: choose a size, choose your dishes from that day's menu, and delivery is free. Here is exactly how it works, from the cut-off to the microwave.

Pick a size

Boxed-meal packages come as 2, 4 or 6 Meal Sets — one person's complete dinner per box, priced lower per meal than buying the sets singly. The Main Dish trio is three shareable mains for households that cook their own rice. Current prices are on the packages page.

Choose the dishes

Each delivery day has its own menu. Open the package, tick the dishes you want (repeat a favourite if you like) and the price stays the package price. Nothing is pre-decided for you.

Cut-off and delivery

Order by the cut-off shown on the menu — the evening before your delivery day. We cook overnight and deliver chilled on Monday, Wednesday or Friday. Packages ship free; you can add single dishes, soups or desserts to the same delivery.

Heat and eat

Keep the boxes in the fridge. Heat for about three minutes in the microwave (lid loosened) and eat. Most dishes keep three to four days.

Make it weekly

A subscription repeats your package every week on the same day. It charges at the cut-off, so you can change dishes or skip a week right up until then.

Questions

Can I mix Meal Sets and Main Dishes in one package?

Packages are one type — boxed meals or mains — but you can add anything else from the menu to the same delivery.

Can I order for more than one day?

Yes. Add a package to Monday and another to Wednesday in the same checkout.

What if a dish sells out?

Sold-out dishes are marked on the menu and cannot be selected; your package price does not change.

Can I pay with a partner or referral code?

Yes — enter it at checkout. Partner member pricing applies to the food total.
